What We Did

Hosted in partnership with GOODBALL & Endowed Ascension, the GoodBall Movie Night was intentionally designed as an immersive community experience at the Cinemark theater in Rockwall, Texas, blending entertainment, service, and cultural connection into one unified activation.

The event brought together athletes, families, and community members through coordinated athlete engagement, interactive family-centered activities, and purpose-driven experience design that emphasized connection over consumption and storytelling over spectacle.

As part of the activation, we led a community food drive that collected over 250 lbs of canned goods, while also supporting holiday experience design efforts that included distribution of toys to 100+ families. In addition, we provided over 500 meals, ensuring that families were both cared for and celebrated throughout the experience.

Through intentional brand alignment and organic storytelling, the event created authentic, memorable interactions between athletes and the local community—reinforcing the power of shared space, service, and culture in building lasting impact.

What We Did

Endowed Ascension is supporting the promotion and outreach efforts for the upcoming Mastering Money event taking place on June 27, a financial literacy experience designed for student-athletes in collaboration with Beyond Sports Labs and the All In Sports Foundation who are partnering with Chase bank.

Through strategic messaging and community engagement, we are helping amplify awareness of the event's mission to equip student-athletes with essential financial literacy skills, mindset development, and long-term wealth-building tools beyond sport.

Our promotional support emphasizes athlete empowerment, education, and access—ensuring the event reaches student-athletes, families, and community stakeholders committed to preparing young leaders for success both on and off the field. Join us on June 27 as we invest in the future of student-athletes through financial education and personal development.

What We Did

Endowed Ascension maintains an ongoing partnership with Champions Read and author Jason O. Bradley, supporting the continued development, promotion, and community impact of the children's literacy initiative centered around the book His Hands.

As part of this collaboration, Endowed Ascension provided editorial support and led the republication of His Hands, helping refine and relaunch the book to reach a broader audience of young readers, families, educators, and community partners. This work ensured the story remained aligned with the author's vision while enhancing its accessibility, presentation, and long-term impact.

Through this partnership, we assist in expanding the reach of the author's mission to create engaging, early-reader experiences that strengthen literacy, character development, and positive identity formation for young learners. Our work supports strategic storytelling, publishing support, and community engagement efforts that position the book as a tool for connection between families, educators, and students.

In alignment with the author's vision, Endowed Ascension helps elevate His Hands as part of a broader literacy movement—supporting campaigns, school engagement opportunities, and community activities that reinforce the importance of reading as a foundation for lifelong success.

Together, we continue to champion storytelling that inspires, uplifts, and equips children to see themselves as capable, confident, and full of possibility.

What We Did

Endowed Ascension presented at the Texas Alliance of Black School Educators (TABSE) 39th Annual Conference, contributing to the “Bringing Sexy Back to Education” panel discussions and facilitating a professional learning workshop on the M.O.E. Model (Model, Observe, Execute).

The session provided educators and leaders with a practical framework for translating professional learning into action, strengthening instructional leadership, improving implementation practices, and fostering continuous growth within schools and organizations.

What We Did

Endowed Ascension supported the Big Dream’n Summit (August 7–9, 2024), a dynamic convening featuring keynote speakers and interactive learning sessions centered on educational innovation, leadership, and community empowerment.

As part of our contribution, Endowed Ascension facilitated dialogue through the session “These Kids Can’t… Is There Dignity in the Data?” This experience challenged deficit narratives often associated with Black student achievement and invited educators and leaders to critically examine how data is interpreted, communicated, and acted upon.

The session elevated awareness of Black student educational outcomes while fostering culturally responsive engagement, equity-centered reflection, and a collective commitment to reimagining what is possible when students are seen through a lens of strength, potential, and promise.

What We Did

We supported the Fit to Lead December 2025 workshop series which included “From the Heart: Teaching to The Intellects” (Facilitator: Dominick Clayton), and “Leading Without Fear” Parts 1 & 2 (Facilitator: Mia Street).

Endowed Ascension facilitated the professional learning session, “Countering Deficit Thinking: Speaking Life Into Learning,” where educators examined the impact of mindset on student outcomes and applied practical strategies to foster asset-based thinking, elevate student voice, and create learning environments rooted in high expectations and possibility.

The session was intentionally designed to equip educators with leadership tools, reflective practices, and mindset frameworks that strengthen instructional effectiveness, promote equitable learning opportunities, and empower students to thrive both academically and personally.

What We Did

Rasheed Rasshan, COO of Endowed Ascension, served as Director of Meetings and Event Experience for the inaugural Dope Thinkers Only Conference at Grambling State University, leading multi-day conference operations with 50+ speakers, national sponsors, and cross-sector engagement.

He directed executive programming, experiential audience engagement, and networking environments while ensuring seamless execution of campus and community activation efforts. He also led the successful transition of Day 2 programming to a virtual format due to emergency travel restrictions, maintaining full participant engagement and continuity of experience.

The event emphasized leadership-centered storytelling, cultural alignment, and strategic community partnership integration.

What We Did

Rasheed Rasshan, COO of Endowed Ascension, partnered with The Akita Group to coordinate vendor and performer operations for the State Fair Classic 2025, successfully supporting a large-scale cultural event experience.

The engagement emphasized community partnership integration, brand and cultural alignment, experiential audience interaction, and intentional networking environments that enhanced connection among stakeholders and attendees.

Endowed Ascension, alongside its clients and strategic partners, proudly and continuously supports Jonathan’s Place, a vital organization dedicated to providing safety, healing, and hope for children.

This support is ongoing and reflects a sustained commitment to strengthening pathways of care, awareness, and community engagement around the children and families served by Jonathan’s Place.

Through intentional collaboration and community engagement efforts, we help elevate awareness, expand access to resources, and reinforce environments rooted in dignity, healing, and hope. Our partnerships are grounded in a shared commitment to long-term impact and the belief that every child deserves to feel seen, supported, and valued.

What We Did

In partnership with the BH365 Foundation, Endowed Ascension facilitated athlete engagement opportunities connecting NFL players Anfernee Orji, Tanner McCalister, Keon Coleman, and Jarrick Bernard to community-centered programming designed to elevate youth inspiration and cultural connection.

We collaborated with Ronald McDonald House Dallas to design and host a family-centered Black History Month experience featuring intentional athlete-to-family engagement, curated snacks, community giveaways, and a family movie night focused on creating meaningful shared experiences for children and caregivers.

Additionally, Endowed Ascension partnered with Dallas Trinity Women’s Soccer to secure donated game tickets, expanding access to live sports experiences and further strengthening community engagement through sport, culture, and connection.

What We Did

Endowed Ascension is partnering with the BH365 Foundation to coordinate BasquiArt Camp taking place this July, a youth-centered creative experience designed to blend art, culture, identity, and expressive learning.

Through this collaboration, Endowed Ascension is supporting the planning and execution of camp operations, experiential programming, community engagement strategies, and fundraising efforts that bring together youth, artists, educators, cultural leaders, sponsors, and supporters in a shared creative environment.

The initiative is designed to foster artistic expression, cultural awareness, and confidence-building in young participants while creating a space where storytelling and visual art intersect as tools for learning and empowerment. Fundraising initiatives will help expand access to the program, provide resources for participants, and strengthen the camp’s long-term impact within the community.

Our role emphasizes intentional experience design, partnership coordination, fundraising strategy, and cultural alignment—ensuring BasquiArt Camp delivers a meaningful, engaging, and impactful experience for all participants.

What We Did

Endowed Ascension LLC is supporting the design, coordination, and community engagement efforts for Gram Fam Night, taking place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, at the South Dallas Cultural Center.

This experience brings together alumni, families, community leaders, and supporters for an intentional evening centered on culture, connection, and community impact. Set within the No Walls Between Us exhibition, the event creates a shared space for storytelling, reflection, and relationship-building across generations and community networks.

Our role focuses on experience coordination, partnership alignment, and community engagement strategy—ensuring the evening is thoughtfully curated to foster meaningful connection, strengthen relationships, and activate ongoing collaboration among attendees, alumni, and cultural stakeholders.
